1. Service

KingOfWebs provides a competitive advertising platform. Categories have a King position that displays brand advertising (name, logo, description, website link, and related profile visibility) according to platform rules. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Advertising Rules, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy.

2. What a King purchase covers

When you successfully claim a throne, you are purchasing advertising visibility for that category. You may promote:

• Your own brand or business identity
• Your website
• Your online store
• Your local / city store or business website

This is advertising placement. It does not create ownership of KingOfWebs, equity, revenue share, guaranteed traffic, guaranteed sales, or any investment return.

3. Your responsibilities

You must have the right to advertise the brand and destination URL you submit. You are responsible for the legality of your products, services, and local business operations, and for complying with applicable advertising and consumer laws.

4. Advertising rules

All throne advertisements must follow the Advertising Rules. We may review, hide destination links, pause, or remove ads that violate policy.

5. Payments and position

King position is granted after verified successful payment according to platform payment rules. Another brand may later take the throne by paying the displayed takeover price. Challenger visibility, if any, follows platform ranking rules. Losing a throne after a later takeover does not entitle you to a refund of prior advertising fees.

6. Advertising fees — nature of the purchase

All amounts paid to claim or take a throne are fees for advertising / promotional placement on KingOfWebs. You acknowledge that:

• You are buying temporary competitive advertising visibility, not a product that can be returned.
• You are not buying shares, tokens, deposits, savings products, or profit participation.
• Traffic, clicks, leads, and sales are not guaranteed.
• Displayed prices may change as competition continues; the amount you pay is for the placement obtained at that time.

7. Non-refundable fees

Except where required by mandatory law or expressly stated in the Refund Policy (for example clear duplicate charges or confirmed payment-processor errors), advertising fees are non-refundable once payment is successfully completed and the King / advertising position is allocated. Being overtaken later, dissatisfaction with results, account closure, or policy removal of non-compliant ads do not create a refund right.

8. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform, violate these Terms, or submit unlawful advertising.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version shown on this page (and referenced at checkout / registration) applies to new acceptances. Continued use after updates may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.

10. No legal advice

These terms describe the platform service in plain language and may be updated. They are not legal advice. Content marked for legal review should be reviewed by counsel before relying on it as final policy.
